How can I pay for my order?

What is the delivery time for my order?

In Belgium and Holland 1-2 business days.
Worldwide shipping with UPS 2-4* business days.

* The delivery time, in countries outside the European Union, depends on customs per country.

The shipping costs are variable.

The shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout. Our prices do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that might apply to customer in non-EU countries. Any customs or import duties that are levied on the ordered package and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final county of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.What are the shipping costs?

How do I track my order?

You'll only be able to track & trace the status of your package, if you choose for the carrier that provides this option. You're enabled to choose your preferred carrier as soon as you enter the check-out of our shop. Each carrier, including the costs of shipment with these carriers, are specified and you'll be able to choose one of them. In case you have chosen the carrier that offers track & trace, you'll receive tracking information via e-mail once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed.
